Lifting up Jesus Christ as King, and equipping His people to be all He has called them to be.

Rev. Dr. Lynn Fowler

The Senior Minister and Founder of King of Glory Ministries International is Rev. Dr. Lynn Fowler.

Lynn was saved at the end of 1974, and called straight into ministry, beginning study at Sydney Missionary and Bible College at the start of 1975. She began preaching in June 1975, and served as a lay preacher in the Methodist Church until that church went into Union in 1977. She then spent some time ministering in a Baptist nursing home, taking weekly services and visiting the residents. Later she worked with an Assembly of God church as lay preacher, deaconess, and finally assistant pastor. In 1983 she was first credentialled as an ordained minister with the Full Gospel Churches of Australia. After laying down her credentials for a short time in the 1990s due to family situations, she was re-ordained in 1998 through the International Communion of Charismatic Churches.

She has ministered as an itinerant preacher around Australia, and has also been involved in pioneer pastoral ministries. In 1989 she did her first missions trip, to Singapore and Thailand, and that was the beginning of a short-term missions ministry that has taken her to 15 different countries. In 2001 a number of pastors began asking if they could affiliate with Lynn’s ministry. As a result, in 2005 she founded Glory to the King Ministries, which at its height had 85 affiliated pastors through 23 different countries. Sadly, that ministry closed in 2015 due to problems here in Australia. King of Glory Ministries International picks up and expands on the vision of that ministry. Since the closure of Glory to the King, Lynn has been operating her personal ministry, Word and Fire Ministries. She will maintain that as her personal ministry when invited to speak at other churches.

Lynn holds two diplomas and a Bachelor of Theology degree, and in 2013 was awarded an honorary Doctor of Ministries degree from St Andrews Theological College in India, in honour of her years of missionary service.

In May 2023 Lynn was ordained as an apostle and prophet, even though she has moved in both those roles for many years. She has a heart to see young ministries raised up and released, and likes to refer to herself as a “spiritual pyromaniac”, seeking to set people on fire for God.
