If you would like to be part of KOGMI’s Apostolic Network, please complete the form below. When we receive your application we will send reference forms to each of your referees, and once those have been returned your application will be considered by our next Board meeting. If you are accepted, you will then begin a probationary period of 12 months before you are accepted to full affiliation.
TERMS OF AFFILIATION
To be affiliated with this network, you must understand and accept the following terms:
1. MONEY. We totally understand that most of those seeking affiliation have huge financial challenges. However, we are not in the position to offer financial support, or to provide items that cost money such as Bibles. If that kind of support is what you are looking for, then this is not the network for you. By applying for affiliation you undertake NOT to be asking us for financial support. If you do, your requests will be ignored, and if you persist your affiliation will be cancelled.
2. MAILING LIST. If your application is accepted, you will be added to our mailing list. This is the only way we have of communicating with the network as a group. It is a condition of affiliation that you remain subscribed to that list. If you unsubscribe, we will assume that you no longer want to be part of this network and your affiliation will be cancelled.
3. AGREEMENT. It is also important that you agree with our vision and standards, so be sure that you have read and accept our Vision/Mission Statement, our Statement of Faith, and our Moral Standards. Also note that the Founder and Senior Minister of this ministry is a woman, so please be sure that you are happy to accept a woman’s leadership.
4. RENEWALS. Once you have completed your probationary year, your affiliation must be renewed each year. This is so that we can keep track of who still wants to be affiliated with us and let those who are no longer interested in affiliation go with our blessing. Renewals are due at the beginning of July each year, and if we have not received them by the beginning of October your affiliation will be cancelled.
A WORD ABOUT REFEREES:
- Your referees must not be members of your immediate family.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your referees return their reference forms. Please contact them and tell them that you have given them as a reference. Tell them to expect an email from us with a link to the reference form. If they don’t find it, tell them to check their junk folder, as often email programs throw stuff there that does not belong there.
- If we do not receive your references within 3 months of your application date, your application will lapse.
